My all time favorite Greek designers!!!
So I thought it would be fun to write a post about Greek designers and companies that rock the fashion industry not only in Greece, but around the world! This is a list of my favorite ones. I will post links to their websites so that you can discover their latest Spring/Summer 2018 collections and also post a picture of my favorite pieces from their new collections! Let's travel around Greece through Greek designers!
No1: Karavan clothing
Their moto is "Clothing for the wanderers" and you do feel like a wanderer when wearing their beautiful dresses with colorful patterns, flowers and all sorts of shapes! Their outerwear in winter are must haves if you want to feel stylish in low temperatures, and we all know this is not an easy thing to do while dressed in layers and layers and layers! I have fallen in love with their "Carol" dress. I get Italian vibes from this dress like it's part of a Giuseppe Tornatore movie!
I couldn't possibly leave out the Spanish-flamenco inspired outfit that I love! Lavignia top and Ethelinda skirt! Black outfit with colorful polka dots. Wear it and feel like a dancer in Jerez, Spain! OLE!
No2: Nidodileda
Boho clothing for boho queens! Feel festival ready in Nidodileda clothes. Long dresses, Nude colors, kimonos, wide legged trousers, leather belts. These are all part of the amazing spring/summer 2018 collection of the brand. Chic and elegant clothes for girls with a high fashion sense. The new collection is called "Anaces" which means breaths and it is inspired by Greek mythologie. My favorite piece of the collection is the "Chronos tulle sequined dress"! I mean just look at it! It's a masterpiece!
No3: Vassia Kostara limited collections
Ok now we have made it to my all time favorite Greek designer! Vassia Kostara! She is a traveller, a person of creativity and an inspiration. Her outfits are a must have for your summer vacation suitcase! Her new collection "Forbidden Island" makes you stand out and it gives off south American and Cuban vibes all at once! Her clothes are really chic and feminine and they look good on every body type. The fabrics she uses flow and have an elegant movement, they make you feel like a movie star! No4: Individual Art Leather
Last but not least I give you my favorite accessorize company! "Individual Art Leather" is a workshop located in Athens that makes leather belts and bags. Their products give you a boho, rock look and they are so much different than any other leather bags and belts, you can find them at many stores in Greece. Their bags make fashion statements and their belts make your look stand out. Each product may be part of a series but it is unique ("individual") since it's handcfrafted.
